Lorenzo Michaels has over 25 years of experience working in healthcare, beginning in IT with building and maintaining network infrastructures and integrated systems. Lorenzo has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and is credentialed as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He has spent the past 15 years in Director-level positions for a variety of medical practices, including radiology, cardiology, primary care, and multi-discipline specialties. Lorenzo has extensive knowledge in medical facility operations and managing major project initiatives, from strategic marketing forecasts and pro forma budget development, to construction of an urgent care and service line upgrade renovations. He has managed IT infrastructure upgrade projects, and integration and deployments of new EHR systems and upgrades.
Lorenzo is passionate in his mission of improving the patient care experience. He excels at helping organizations in developing systemic solutions, optimizing the patient experience, streamlining practice operations, and increasing profitability and market position.
